Psalms: 9,10,15

Moment of Silence
I have calmed and quieted my soul (Ps. 131:2a)

Request for Presence
O Lord, why do you stand so far away?
Why do you hide when I am in trouble? (Ps. 10:1)

Our Father, who is in Heaven...
I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;
I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. (Ps. 9:1)
Express thankful praise for who God is and what he has done

Gloria Patri

Your Kingdom come, your will be done...
He will judge the world with justice
and rule the nations with fairness.
Those who know your name trust in you,
for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you. (Ps. 9:8,10)
Pray for God's kingdom to increase locally and globally

Give us this day, our daily bread...
The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble. (Ps. 9:9)
Bring practical needs and anxieties to the Father

Forgive us our sins...
Lord, have mercy on me. (Ps. 9:13a)
Spend a moment in quiet confession and pray for healing of relational conflict

And lead us not into temptation...
Who may worship in your sanctuary, Lord?
Who may enter your presence on your holy hill?
Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right,
speaking the truth from sincere hearts. (Ps. 15:1-2)
Request the Spirit's wisdom and protection to walk in God's ways

Closing Benediction
Lord, you know the hopes of the helpless.
Surely you will hear their cries and comfort them. (Ps. 10:17)
