The Kingdom is Launched
After Jesus' short earthly ministry, he entrusted his message and ways to his original disciples and gave them instructions to spread this message all over the world. How did they understand that call and mission?
The book of Acts records how the Spirit was poured out on his first disciples to give them power and boldness and guidance as they continued and multiplied the ministry of Jesus through a worldwide movement of planting new Kingdom communities called "churches".
