listen to my plea!

Our Father, who is in Heaven...
Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving;
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name. (Ps. 100:3-4)
Express thankful praise for who God is and what he has done
Gloria Patri
Your Kingdom come, your will be done...
Let every created thing give praise to the Lord,
for he issued his command, and they came into being. (Ps. 148:5)
Pray for God's kingdom to increase locally and globally
Give us this day, our daily bread...
For the glory of your name, O Lord, preserve my life.
Because of your faithfulness, bring me out of this distress. (Ps. 143:11)
Bring practical needs and anxieties to the Father
Forgive us our sins...
Have mercy on me, O God,
because of your unfailing love.
Because of your great compassion,
blot out the stain of my sins. (Ps. 51:1)
Spend a moment in quiet confession and pray for healing of relational conflict
And lead us not into temptation...
Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God.
May your gracious Spirit lead me forward
on a firm footing. (Ps. 143:10)
Request the Spirit's wisdom and protection to walk in God's ways
Closing Benediction
