Psalms: 19,45,87

Moment of Silence
I have calmed and quieted my soul (Ps. 131:2a)

Request for Presence
You are so glorious, so majestic!
In your majesty, ride out to victory,
defending truth, humility, and justice.
Go forth to perform awe-inspiring deeds!
Your arrows are sharp, piercing your enemies' hearts.
The nations fall beneath your feet. (Ps. 45:3-5)

Our Father, who is in Heaven...
The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
The skies display his craftsmanship.
Day after day they continue to speak;
night after night they make him known. (Ps. 19:1-2)
Express thankful praise for who God is and what he has done

Gloria Patri

Your Kingdom come, your will be done...
Your throne, O God,endures forever and ever.
You rule with a scepter of justice.
You love justice and hate evil. (Ps. 45:6-7a)
Pray for God's kingdom to increase locally and globally

Give us this day, our daily bread...
Your sons will become kings like their father.
You will make them rulers over many lands. (Ps. 45:16)
Bring practical needs and anxieties to the Father

Forgive us our sins...
How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?
Cleanse me from these hidden faults.
Keep your servant from deliberate sins!
Don't let them control me.
Then I will be free of guilt
and innocent of great sin. (Ps. 19:12-13)
Spend a moment in quiet confession and pray for healing of relational conflict

And lead us not into temptation...
The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul.
The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart.
Ps 19:7-8
Request the Spirit's wisdom and protection to walk in God's ways

Closing Benediction
I will bring honor to your name in every generation.
Therefore, the nations will praise you forever and ever. (Ps. 45:17)
